Are we including leaders in the church lightly? Now ... Keeping that leader harmful? (Part II)

Mark 9:42
"Whoever is the reason for one of these little ones who believes in Me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large stone put around his neck and to be thrown into the sea."

"Saul waited seven days, the time set by Samuel, but Samuel did not come to Gilgal. And the people were leaving him. So Saul said, “Bring me the burnt gift and the peace gifts.” And he gave the burnt gift to the Lord. As soon as he finished giving the burnt gift, Samuel came. Saul went out to meet him and say hello. But Samuel said, “What have you done?” Saul said, “I saw that the people were leaving me. You did not come when you said you would. And the Philistines were gathering at Michmash. So I said, ‘Now the Philistines will come down upon me at Gilgal, and I have not asked for the Lord’s favor.’ So I made myself give the burnt gift.” Samuel said to Saul, “You have done a foolish act. You have not kept the Law that the Lord your God gave you. For now the Lord would have made your rule over Israel last forever. But now your rule will not last. The Lord has found a man who is pleasing to him in every way. He has chosen him to rule over his people, because you have not obeyed the Lord.” Then Samuel got up and went from Gilgal to Gibeah of Benjamin. Saul numbered the people that were left with him, about 600 men." (1 Samuel 13: 8-15) ... But after this the Lord gives a new mission to Saul, but he returned to disobey ... Please read Samuel 15. ..

We know that lack of subjection, rebellion, pride, reoffending in disobedience will always bring with it a harmful and infectious focus ... So what would we do if we know that we have such a person like that in our church? are we have given orders to people who do not know the church's approach, mission and vision? Are we making decisions lightly? Do we get carried away by the gift and talent that these people possess?
Let us remember that what is at stake is the Lord's flock ... "Keep a careful watch over yourselves and over the church. The Holy Spirit has made you its leaders. Feed and care for the church of God. He bought it with His own blood." (Acts 20:28) ...
Let us not despair, let us not worry, let us not become confused, let us remember rather "The time is coming, yes, it is here now, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father wants that kind of worshipers. 24 God is Spirit. Those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”" (John 4: 23-24)

And let us take an example of what the Lord taught Samuel on a second occasion ... "When they had come, Samuel looked at Eliab and thought, “For sure he is the Lord’s chosen one who is standing before Him.” But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at the way he looks on the outside or how tall he is, because I have not chosen him. For the Lord does not look at the things man looks at. A man looks at the outside of a person, but the Lord looks at the heart.”" (1 Samuel 16: 6-7)
Be careful of decisions made lightly ... "“Watch out for false teachers. They come to you dressed as if they were sheep. On the inside they are hungry wolves. You will know them by their fruit. Do men pick grapes from thorns? Do men pick figs from thistles? It is true, every good tree has good fruit. Every bad tree has bad fruit. A good tree cannot have bad fruit. A bad tree cannot have good fruit. Every tree that does not have good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So you will know them by their fruit." (Matthew 7: 15-20)

Keep in mind that "I am coming very soon. Hold on to what you have so no one can take your crown." (Revelation 3:11)
Take care of the flock, help to project them what is, do not torment them, and do not cry for who is not here!

God bless you and have an excellent day in Christ Jesus!
