Are we including leaders in the church lightly? Now ... Keeping that leader harmful? (Part I)

Mark 9:42
"Whoever is the reason for one of these little ones who believes in Me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large stone put around his neck and to be thrown into the sea."

In general, when a company needs a person to perform a job, it is necessary do for the applicants:
1. One or more interviews to know the applicant as a person.
2. Another interview to obtain information regarding the experience that the applicant has for the job.
3. One or more tests to know if the applicant knows what is being hired.
Other companies go a lot further trying to know other applicant aspects such as adaptability, proactivity, teamwork, loyalty, respect, obedience, innovation capacity, etc.
Why do companies do this?
If you hire a person without that rigorous process ... it's like playing blind date! The company should has bases it to know if the person hired would be solution or problem!
Incredibly, many of these companies do not know the Bible but execute principles of order and planning because they know that an error can represent high expenses or the ruin of the company. That is why the company always has as alternative the dismissal of the contractor if this is not according to the mission and vision of the company.
"“If one of you wanted to build a large building, you would sit down first and think of how much money it would take to build it. You would see if you had enough money to finish it, or when the base of the building is finished, you might see that you do not have enough money to finish it. Then all who would see it would make fun of you. They would say, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish.’ “What if a king is going to war with another king? Will he not sit down first and decide if he is able to go with 10,000 men against the other king who is coming with 20,000 men? Or, he will send a soldier to the other king while he is still a long way off. He will ask what can be done to have peace." (Luke 14: 28-32)

The Word of the Lord teaches us that God chose (hired) a man with the ability to reign over Israel ... "When Samuel brought all the families of Israel near, the name of the family group of Benjamin was drawn. Then he brought the family group of Benjamin near by its families, and the name of the Matrite family was drawn. Then the name of Saul the son of Kish was drawn. But when they looked for him, he could not be found. So they asked the Lord, “Has the man come here yet?” The Lord said, “See, he is hiding among the bags.” They ran and brought him from there. And when he stood among the people, he was a head taller than any of them. Samuel said to all the people, “Do you see him whom the Lord has chosen? For sure there is no one like him among all the people.” So all the people called out and said, “Long live the king!” Then Samuel told the people the rights and duties of the king and his nation. He wrote them in a book and laid it before the Lord. Then Samuel sent all the people away, each one to his home." (1 Samuel 10: 20-25)
But this man decided to forget that ability that God gave him, in the other hand, he decide to act in a dab hurry way, disobedient and foolish way ... a person who was creating problems instead of solutions ...

To be continued...

God bless you and have an excellent day in Christ Jesus!
