Do we feel cornered and do not see the exit? What can we do? (Part I)
2 Chronicles 31: 20-21
"Hezekiah did this through all Judah. He did what was good and right and true before the Lord his God. All the work he began in the house of God, obeying the Laws and looking to his God, he did with all his heart and all went well for him."

Do we feel cornered and do not see the exit? What can we do?
When innumerable calamities trample us we do not understand why these happen if we are praying, fasting, meditating and keeping the Word of God, we ask ourselves over and over why God has allowed this to happen to us, since we have decided to live in holiness for God ...
Unfortunately we often forget that:
1. Wise is God: "God’s riches are so great! The things He knows and His wisdom are so deep! No one can understand His thoughts. No one can understand His ways. The Holy Writings say, “Who knows the mind of the Lord? Who is able to tell Him what to do?”" (Romans 11: 33-34)
2. God always has a plan: "“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and My ways are not your ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts." (Isaiah 55: 8-9)
3. And with that plan God is forming us: "I am sure that God Who began the good work in you will keep on working in you until the day Jesus Christ comes again." (Philippians 1: 6)
So, it's all about faith ... "I did not give up waiting for the Lord. And He turned to me and heard my cry. He brought me up out of the hole of danger, out of the mud and clay. He set my feet on a rock, making my feet sure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and will put their trust in the Lord." (Psalm 40: 1-3)
Do we feel cornered and do not see the exit?
We are not the first to happen to this ... The Word of God teaches us that there was a king who decided to do what is good and pleasing to God ... this king was Hezekiah.
