Does it depend on us that our names remain written in the Book of Life? (Part I)
Revelation 3:5
“Everyone who has power and wins will wear white clothes. I will not take his name from the book of life. I will speak of his name before My Father and His angels.”

"For You made the parts inside me. You put me together inside my mother. I will give thanks to You, for the greatness of the way I was made brings fear. Your works are great and my soul knows it very well. My bones were not hidden from You when I was made in secret and put together with care in the deep part of the earth. Your eyes saw me before I was put together. And all the days of my life were written in Your book before any of them came to be."(Psalm 139: 13-16)
However, also Revelation 3: 5 carries with it a condition: "Everyone who has power and wins" ... Huge blessings will receive all those people who win!
"I will allow the one who has power and wins to sit with Me on My throne, as I also had power and won and sat down with My Father on His throne." (Revelation 3:21), "You have ears! Then listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. I will give the fruit of the tree of life in the garden of God to everyone who has power and wins.’" (Revelation 2: 7), "You have ears! Then listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. The person who has power and wins will not be hurt by the second death!’"(Revelation 2:11), "To the one who has power and wins and does what I want him to do, I will give the right and the power over the nations. He will be leader over them using a piece of iron. And they will be broken in pieces like pots of clay. My Father has given Me this right and power. And I will give him the Morning Star." (Revelation 2: 26-28) ...
But ... Those who conquer in what way?
"Be at peace with all men. Live a holy life. No one will see the Lord without having that kind of life." (Hebrews 12:14) ... Being holy!
"Get your minds ready for good use. Keep awake. Set your hope now and forever on the loving-favor to be given you when Jesus Christ comes again. Be like children who obey. Do not desire to sin like you used to when you did not know any better. Be holy in every part of your life. Be like the Holy One Who chose you. The Holy Writings say, “You must be holy, for I am holy.”" (1 Peter 1: 13-16)
But how is it possible to be holy and more when evil surrounds us? Is this possible today?
