So I have given you an open door for you

Revelation 3:7-8

'“Write this to the angel of the church in the city of Philadelphia: ‘He Who is holy and true, Who holds the key of David, Who opens and no man can shut, Who shuts and no man can open, says this: I know what you are doing. See! You do not have much power, but you have obeyed My Word. You have not turned against Me. So I have given you an open door that no man can shut.'

I'll open the door for you because:
- You meditate on my Word:
'This book of the Law must not leave your mouth. Think about it day and night, so you may be careful to do all that is written in it. Then all will go well with you. You will receive many good things.' (Joshua 1:8)

- And you delight is in it:
'But he finds joy in the Law of the Lord and thinks about His Law day and night.' (Psalm 1:2)

- You honor me give much fruit:
'“When you give much fruit, My Father is honored. This shows you are My followers.' (John 15:8)

- You have remained faithful to me:
'His owner said to him, ‘You have done well. You are a good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things. I will put many things in your care. Come and share my joy.’' (Matthew 25:21)

- You have prepared to praise me in spite of the circumstance:
'Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord, O my soul! I will praise the Lord as long as I live. I will sing praises to my God as long as I live. (Psalm 146:1-2)

- You have decided to carry out the Word of God:
'Obey the Word of God. If you hear only and do not act, you are only fooling yourself.' (James 1:22)
