¿What would you do if God told you today: "Order your house, because you will die, and you will not live?"
Isaiah 38:1
'In those days Hezekiah became sick and was near death. Isaiah the man of God, the son of Amoz, came to him and said, “The Lord says, ‘Make those of your house ready, for you will die and not live.’”'We remember very well the promises that the Bible teaches us, but when somebody tell us about dying, a chill runs through our body, since we forget that we all have a due date and that some day it will happen to us.
Nobody likes to talk about death but it is something that is inevitable for all humanity.
However, today we will walk through the Bible to remember that we must keep in mind in life, because after dead nothing can be done:
2. But Christ paid the price we were to pay: "But God showed His love to us. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8).
3. There is no other way, the only one is Jesus: "Jesus said, “I am the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one can go to the Father except by Me." (John 14:6)
4. Now, let us confess our sins: "It will not go well for the man who hides his sins, but he who tells his sins and turns from them will be given loving-pity." (Proverbs 28:13)
5. Let us accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior: "If you say with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved from the punishment of sin. When we believe in our hearts, we are made right with God. We tell with our mouth how we were saved from the punishment of sin. The Holy Writings say, “No one who puts his trust in Christ will ever be put to shame.”" (Romans 10:9-11)
6. Let's trust and evangelize: "They said, “Put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and you and your family will be saved from the punishment of sin.” Then Paul spoke the Word of God to him and his family. It was late at night, but the man who watched the prison took Paul and Silas in and washed the places on their bodies where they were hurt. Right then he and his family were baptized. He took Paul and Silas to his house and gave them food. He and all his family were full of joy for having put their trust in God." (Acts 16:31-34).
"Jesus said to him, “For sure, I tell you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”" (Luke 23:43)
Today's question is, If today the Lord ask us that question, ¿Would we be ready?
¿Do we have our life in orden to be with Him?
God bless you and have an excellent day in Christ Jesus!
