The harvest truly is plentiful, but ... ¿Are the laborers trained?

Matthew 9:36-38
“But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”"

Today there are many branches of study: architects, administrators, lawyers, engineers, doctors, miners, military, physicists, sportsmen, economists, biologists, artists, anthropologists, librarians, etc.
All those, like us, go through problems and circumstances too, All those people are part of the harvest and need Christ, they also need to recognize that Glory and Honor is from Jesus (Philippians 2:10).
But ¿How can we give them the message of salvation to these people ... if we do not study?
Ok! It's a great dilemma that while some of us are sleeping a spiritual nap and do not study, others receive criticism because they have decided to study to be better and also be tools of the Lord in that group of people! For instance, to study medicine to be a help in a society and the same time build a strategy to reach fellow doctors and patients too for the Lord.
So if you want to train yourself in order to be a little more useful and to reach more "harvest's souls" for Christ, please keep in mind these points:

1. God already had put on you the desire of studying, just execute it!: Growth requires effort, so let's materialize that idea! "for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure." (Philippians 2:13). Do not expect the Lord to tell you evil and careless servant, "The desire of the lazy man kills him, For his hands refuse to labor. He covets greedily all day long, But the righteous gives and does not spare."(Proverbs 21: 25-26)

2. Even if it does seems complicated, just keep on moving, go ahead! because God is going with you: Cheer up! Do not give up! Trust on the promises of the Lord and focus to the target that God has given you the ability! "Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses. From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the River Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and to the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your territory."(Joshua 1:3-4)

3. Go ahead and do not listen the Sanballat, Tobit or Geshem people!: All these people always want to discourage you in order you giving up the goal ... But remember, Christ is going with you, do not lose focus !. "And I told them of the hand of my God which had been good upon me, and also of the king’s words that he had spoken to me. So they said, “Let us rise up and build.” Then they set their hands to this good work. But when Sanballat the Horonite, Tobiah the Ammonite official, and Geshem the Arab heard of it, they laughed at us and despised us, and said, “What is this thing that you are doing? Will you rebel against the king?” So I answered them, and said to them, “The God of heaven Himself will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build, but you have no heritage or right or memorial in Jerusalem.”" Nehemiah 2:18-20)

4. Keep calm!, Behind everything (Good or bad things) always there is a purpose: Hey! Remember, do not give way to anger or rage, but rather understand this is needed to learn, mold us, growp up in order to be a useful tool for every good work! "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." (Romans 8:28)

So, cheer up! Do not give so much return to the Sanbalat, Tobias or the Gesem people! God has given you the ability to dream (Acts 2:17), to innovate (Isaiah 54: 2), to draw up a plan (Proverbs 16: 9) and to execute it (Ecclesiastes 3: 1; Philippians 4:13).
If we are thinking to study or we still are studing or we already studied, we need to know all this is useful for the work of the Lord (2 Chronicles 26:15, Deuteronomy 1:13, Exodus 28: 3, Exodus 35: 25-26), because this study help us to reach that harvest that is really lot!

"How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!”" (Romans 10: 14-15)

God bless you and have an excellent day in Christ Jesus!
