How do we see those around us? With our eyes or the vision of God? (Part II) 

2 Corinthians 4:15-18

“These things happened for your good. As more people receive God’s favor, they will give thanks for the shining-greatness of God. This is the reason we do not give up. Our human body is wearing out. But our spirits are getting stronger every day. The little troubles we suffer now for a short time are making us ready for the great things God is going to give us forever. We do not look at the things that can be seen. We look at the things that cannot be seen. The things that can be seen will come to an end. But the things that cannot be seen will last forever.”

2. Releasing and forgiving: To reach this point we must understand that God "has not punished us enough for all our sins. He has not paid us back for all our wrong-doings. For His loving-kindness for those who fear Him is as great as the heavens are high above the earth. He has taken our sins from us as far as the east is from the west." (Psalms 103: 10-12), for this reason, "It is because of the Lord’s loving-kindness that we are not destroyed for His loving-pity never ends. It is new every morning. He is so very faithful." (Lamentations 3: 22-23) ... "The Lord is not slow about keeping His promise as some people think. He is waiting for you. The Lord does not want any person to be punished forever. He wants all people to be sorry for their sins and turn from them." (2 Peter 3: 9) ... In the vision of God there will always be forgiveness ... So if we are of God, one of our characteristics must be forgiveness "If a person says, “I love God,” but hates his brother, he is a liar. If a person does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God Whom he has not seen? We have these words from Him. If you love God, love your brother also." (1 John 4: 20-21)
3. Being instruments of God: "Think as Christ Jesus thought. Jesus has always been as God is. But He did not hold to His rights as God. He put aside everything that belonged to Him and made Himself the same as a servant who is owned by someone. He became human by being born as a man. After He became a man, He gave up His important place and obeyed by dying on a cross." (Philippians 2: 5-8) ... Why or what for? "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son. Whoever puts his trust in God’s Son will not be lost but will have life that lasts forever. For God did not send His Son into the world to say it is guilty. He sent His Son so the world might be saved from the punishment of sin by Him." (John 3: 16-17) ... Mankind was lost and Jesus himself decided to pay the price, for that reason "Jesus said, “I am the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one can go to the Father except by Me."(John 14: 6) ... And what does this have to do with us? "The Lord said to him, “Go! This man is the one I have chosen to carry My name among the people who are not Jews and to their kings and to Jews." (Acts 9:15). "If a man lives a clean life, he will be like a dish made of gold. He will be respected and set apart for good use by the owner of the house." (2 Timothy 2:21). God needs instruments to announce the virtues of Him who called us in His marvelous light! Were we not commanded to preach the gospel to every creature? (Matthew 16:15) ... The problem is, "But how can they call on Him if they have not put their trust in Him? And how can they put their trust in Him if they have not heard of Him? And how can they hear of Him unless someone tells them? And how can someone tell them if he is not sent? The Holy Writings say, “The feet of those who bring the Good News are beautiful.”" (Romans 10: 14-15)

A declining world needs to hear the gospel. Let us not look at humanity from our pain or our wounds ... Let's mold ourselves for God! Remember ... "Then He said to His followers, “There is much grain ready to gather. But the workmen are few." (Matthew 9:37)
