We are like the grass of the field

Isaiah 40:6-8
'A voice says, “Cry.” And he said, “What should I cry?” All flesh is grass. All its beauty is like the flower of the field. The grass dries up and the flower loses its color when the breath of the Lord blows upon it. For sure the people are grass. The grass dries up. The flower loses its color. But the Word of our God stands forever.'

It is good to have dreams, it is pleasant to undertake them, all this cause joy and joy to see them fulfilled, however, in our madness we started a career struggling to get them but unfortunately ... without God.
We try again and again, some do not give us results, but we assume that's the way life is, and maybe if we put a little more effort into the next one for sure we will succeed!
But the truth is that we are still the same playing a normal life.
And if that were not enough, we began to look at what others have done and to see that we have not achieved it, and we let to enter jealousy, envy, anger and impotence, and like always: The fault has our parents, my family, the society, government ... rather everyone, even God!

Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow ... "You do not know about tomorrow. What is your life? It is like fog. You see it and soon it is gone." (James 4:14)
Finally, in all this debauchery, we do not realize that our life is like the grass of the field ... Today we are, tomorrow may not ...
"He remembered that they were only flesh, a wind that passes and does not return." (Psalm 78:39)
We are postponing our relationship with God. "The Lord says to the people of Israel, “Look for Me and live." (Amos 5:4) ... Therefore the Word of God says:
"Remember also your Maker while you are young, before the days of trouble come and the years when you will say, “I have no joy in them,”" (Ecclesiastes 12:1)
When the last years come over us we tell the Lord that now we have all the time in the world for Him but our strength and health are no longer the same and that is where we finally stop our unbridled race, we meditate on the Lord, we understand and end up saying like Solomon: "The last word, after all has been heard, is: Honor God and obey His Laws. This is all that every person must do." (Ecclesiastes 12:13)

"Oh Lord! If we had paid attention to your Word before ... '
¿Will we continue leave to pass the time?
Let us hasten that "But there is hope for the one who is among the living. For sure a live dog is better off than a dead lion." (Ecclesiastes 9:4)

God bless you and have an excellent day in Christ Jesus!
