¿How is the voice of the Shepherd?

2 Peter 2:20-22

'There are men who have been made free from the sins of the world by learning to know the Lord Jesus Christ, the One Who saves. But if they do these sins again, and are not able to keep from doing them, they are worse than they were before. After knowing the holy Law that was given to them, they turned from it. It would have been better for them if they had not known how to be right with God. They are like the wise saying, “A dog turns back to what he has thrown up.” And, “A pig that has been washed goes back to roll in the mud.”'

My sheep hear My voice and I know them. They follow Me...

¿What is the gain for the one who has enjoyed the Lord's food when go back side to dress of folly with reproach and rebuke again?

'Jesus answered, “I told you and you do not believe. The works I do in My Father’s name speak of Me. You do not believe because you are not My sheep. My sheep hear My voice and I know them. They follow Me. I give them life that lasts forever. They will never be punished. No one is able to take them out of My hand.' (John 10:25-28)

When the Shepherd speaks, ¿do you and I recognise his Voice?
¿Is there still delight in spending time with the Lord or was it simply like yeast or has this become a further requirement?
¿Is it better that we would not have known of the Lord or will there be fire in our heart that yearns for more and more of the Lord?
If so ... ¿What do we really yearn for the Lord?
