¿Will we bury our talent?

Luke 16:10

'He that is faithful with little things is faithful with big things also. He that is not honest with little things is not honest with big things.' 

'The one who had received one piece of money worth much came. He said, ‘Sir, I know that you are a hard man. You gather grain where you have not planted. You take up where you have not spread out. I was afraid and I hid your money in the ground. See! Here is your money.’'(Matthew 25:24-25)

God has put many talents among His people, that's the reason why you and me get the responsibility to develop us to be an instrument used by God in order to bless of every each person and for the glory of His name.

Today I want to share you some common phrases in order to make us reflect about the talents to God gave us:

1. "Securely, I can not do it because another persons it do better than I";

'These good things from God are not given to someone because he wants them or works to get them. They are given because of His loving-kindness.' (Romans 9:16)

2. 'I'm pretty sure I can not do it':

'I can do all things because Christ gives me the strength.' (Philippians 4:13)

3. 'I'm so ashamed to use my talent':

'Whatever you say or do, do it in the name of the Lord Jesus. Give thanks to God the Father through the Lord Jesus.' (Colossians 3:17)

4. 'I do not feel how to do it':

'Think as Christ Jesus thought.' (Philippians 2:5)

5. 'Sorry, I don't know which is my talent':

'Show me Your ways, O Lord. Teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me. For You are the God Who saves me. I wait for You all day long.' (Psalm 25:4-5)

¿Is possible we have some excuse to say to God why we will bury our talent?
