"God compromise!" But do we commit ourselves to God?

Micah 6: 6-9
'What should I bring to the Lord when I bow down before the God on high? Should I come to Him with burnt gifts, with calves a year old? Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, or with 10,000 rivers of oil? Should I give my first-born to pay for not obeying? Should I give the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? O man, He has told you what is good. What does the Lord ask of you but to do what is fair and to love kindness, and to walk without pride with your God? The voice of the Lord is calling to the city, and it is wise to fear Your name: “Listen, O family of Judah, you who are gathered in the city.'

Many people long for riches, good jobs, to grow professionally, others want to have a big family, to live well, to enjoy life, to complete dreams ... We all want to reach a goal, to fulfill that longing we have and many of us tell in prayer to the Lord without hesitation what we want ...
But have we wondered that God longs for us? God is always committed to His creation. But are we committed with our Creator?
Micah 6: 6-9 gives a clear north about what God longs for us:
1. Justice: "First of all, look for the holy nation of God. Be right with Him. All these other things will be given to you also." (Matthew 6:33)
2. Mercy: "And loving-kindness belongs to You, O Lord. For You pay every man by the work he has done." (Psalms 62:12) ... We are not the judges, therefore let us be “You must have loving-kindness just as your Father has loving-kindness." (Luke 6: 36). "Jesus ate in Matthew’s house. Many men who gathered taxes and many who were sinners came to Matthew’s house and sat down with Jesus and His followers. The proud religious law-keepers saw this. They said to the followers of Jesus, “Why does your Teacher eat with men who gather taxes and with sinners?” Jesus heard them and said, “People who are well do not need a doctor. But go and understand these words, ‘I want loving-kindness and not a gift to be given.’ For I have not come to call good people. I have come to call those who are sinners.” "(Matthew 9:10-13)
3. Humble yourself before God: Yes "I will think about the shining-greatness of Your power and about Your great works. Men will speak of Your powerful acts that fill us with fear. And I will tell of Your greatness." (Psalms 145:5-6) And if we acknowledge his immense greatness and wisdom "Your thoughts are of great worth to me, O God. How many there are!" (Psalm 139:17) "I will give thanks to You, for the greatness of the way I was made brings fear. Your works are great and my soul knows it very well." (Psalm 139: 14), then we understand that it is fitting for us to acknowledge that its precepts, its statutes, its direction and its government over us is convenient for us "So put away all pride from yourselves. You are standing under the powerful hand of God. At the right time He will lift you up. Give all your worries to Him because He cares for you. " (1 Peter 5:6-7)

The Lord is committed to us! Are we committed to seeking His Justice, loving Mercy and obeying and surrendering to Him?
"Christian brothers, we ask you, because of the Lord Jesus, to keep on living in a way that will please God. I have already told you how to grow in the Christian life. The Lord Jesus gave us the right and the power to tell you what to do. God wants you to be holy. You must keep away from sex sins. God wants each of you to use his body in the right way by keeping it holy and by respecting it. You should not use it to please your own desires like the people who do not know God. No man should do wrong to his Christian brother in anything. The Lord will punish a person who does. I have told you this before. For God has not called us to live in sin. He has called us to live a holy life. The one who turns away from this teaching does not turn away from man, but from God. It is God Who has given us His Holy Spirit." (1 Thessalonians 4:1-8)

God bless you and have an excellent day in Christ Jesus!
